I am a wife, a mom of three, I work a full time job and I have a Gluten Free food product coming out in the market. How many of you can identify with that? I understand the how Work-Life Balance is so important in our everyday lives but I also know how overwhelming it can be!
 

Did you know there are many factors that can contribute to your fatigue, metabolism, gut and health issues that aren't just a result of your diet?

 

I have identified the 5 steps necessary to have well being. It is something I have lived through and continue to perfect everyday.

I know how overwhelming it can be to juggle many things in your life and feel the candle is burning at both ends. I understand when you are waiting for test results to come back, only to be let down that everything seems fine- even when you feel horrible!

What I didn’t know is that I was only able to see with blood results what was going on at that moments time. HTMA was helpful for me because it shows about 3 months of mineral deposit, so I was able to see patterns, deficiencies and toxicity in my body. I was able to understand why I felt so anxious and stressed.. my adrenals were hyperactive. I was tired, moody and my metabolism was affected because my thyroid was sluggish. I suffered from muscle and joint pain and realized calcium wasn’t getting into my bone and teeth where it should be and therefore, I was depleted in magnesium, causing my aches and pains and teeth issues.

By understanding my body’s DNA (through functional testing and my metabolic type lifestyle) I was able to understand what made me healthy.. and what made me sick. I created this 5 Week DIY program so you can do it at your OWN pace (remember, we want to feel better, not increase anxiety)

I continue to be mindful of these 5 steps everyday. Each of these 5 steps connect to a bigger piece of the puzzle.
